Since 1983, Havlicek Builders have been serving the City of Geneva- building custom home with nothing but the highest quality and fine workmanship. In 1989 we evolved out Design/Build process in order to work with customers from start to finish, knowing that the plan we created were buildable within the given budget. This partnership of builder, architect and customer has created an optimal environment for home building. Our integrated process also translates into a budget that all parties have confidence in.

Our mission has always been to design and build the highest quality home while providing outstanding customer service throughout the building process. One of our trademarks is a clean worksite.
