Since 1983 we have built hundreds of luxury homes in the Fox Valley area — each one bearing our signature of quality and fine workmanship. In 1989 we evolved the Design/Build process in order to work with customers from start to finish, knowing that the plans we created were buildable within the given budget. This partnership of builder, architect and customer has created an optimal environment for home building. Our integrated process also translates into a budget that all parties have confidence in.

Our mission has always been to design and build the highest quality home while providing outstanding customer service throughout the building process. In over 20 years of building homes, one of our trade marks has always been a clean worksite. The little things do matter. We also insist that the back of our homes be as attractive as the front. Because we care about these details, on the resale market there's no better testimony to the quality of a home than the Havlicek tradition.

Our founder and President, George Havlicek, oversees all projects. He is past president and Life Director of Greater Fox Valley Home Builders’ Association and has a strong committment to the community. The company has won over 100 home building awards through the years but continues to feel that the greatest award is the next family happily living in their dream home.
